Welcome to MoneyMart Asia, a platform operated by MMA FINTECH SDN BHD (202501012308 / 1613722-W). We connect borrowers and lenders through a streamlined “One application. Multiple offers.” process. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our platform. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use MoneyMart Asia.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you:

MoneyMart Asia is a digital matching platform that connects potential borrowers with participating financial institutions or lenders. We do not provide loans directly. Our role is to facilitate offers through a single, simplified application process. Usage of the platform is currently free for all users.

To use the platform, you must:

- Be a resident of Malaysia;
- Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.

4. Account Creation & Security

Certain features may require you to register an account. You agree to:

- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account;
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You must not share your login credentials with any third party. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
